The Job
Due to the expansion of the business, a team is set up to drive the Company’s accelerating growth strategy in non-HK regions. The incumbent will assist the Head of Business Development to plan, develop and execute the business planning : -
- Achieve growth in business and agency force against business plan;
- Ensure the sales force maintains the high standard of professional ethics;
- Implement the Company’s business development strategy in non-HK regions, seize business opportunities and explore new customer segments to achieve the Company’s strategic business objectives;
- Collaborate and support Agency Business Partners to perform sales-driven business activities;
- Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders to deliver effective agency growth plan;
- Develop programs to provide capability improvement training for agency force in close collaboration with Business Training Team;
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
