职位描述Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related disciplines. Minimum of 6 years of working experience in banking, the financial services industry, or a financing team within a medium to large corporation. Knowledge of Treasury, Finance, and Compliance within the financial industry, along with general banking practices. Proficient in MS Office applications. Active learner with strong teamwork and collaboration skills; possesses good problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
My client, a leading Chinese securities firm, is seeking a candidate with strong banking relationships for their treasury financing function.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong banking relationships, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries from banks regarding group entities, and coordinate the necessary internal information.
- Assist in exploring and establishing new credit facilities and external financing channels to support business growth.
- Coordinate and prepare required documentation for relationship banks concerning account openings / closures, KYC, periodic due diligence, and other relevant funding and compliance issues.
- Assist in the preliminary review of funding-related documentation.
- Submit periodic reports to the Head Office and the Group regarding banking facilities, outstanding loans, guarantees, and other required information.
- Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
