Responsibilities

Provide general support to all teams in Legal Division;
Conduct legal research and analysis and prepare legal updates;
Draft and review legal documents, contract and agreement, and internal policies and procedures;
Provide general administrative assistance to the teams; and
Other ad hoc duties as required by the senior management.

Requirements :

Bachelor or above in Laws;

Working experience of 2-4 years in sizeable laws firms or legal andpliance department of banking / financial institutions in financial institutions as legal manager OR a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 1-3 years' of PQE is preferred;

Good team player with good working attitude and interpersonal andmunication skills;

Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn; and

Goodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
