About the role

Reporting into the IT Director Assurance Services, you will play a pivotal role in enabling IT to partner with the Assurance business stream to deliver business objectives, achieve maximum value from investment in and using technology. You will also be a trusted partner to the Assurance APAC region and it’s leaders.

While being the primary IT contact for Assurance APAC, you will instrumental in contributing to the IT agenda within this business stream as well as ensuring it’s relevance to the wider business.

Responsibilities :

• Partner effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct investigations and assuring feasibility of proposed solutions within IT.
• Ensure that business objectives and requirements are understood and provide a context with which recommended solutions are aligned.
• Investigate business problems and opportunities, specify required change to business processes, people skills, information, technology and organisation structures and roles.
• Assess and advice on the feasibility and relevance of proposed options for business and technical change.
• Manage effective stakeholder relationships across varying levels of seniority.
• Develop business cases through identification and definition of business and technical options that will address objectives and requirements, analysing the cost, benefit, risk and impact of each option.
• Create, manage and maintain robust reporting about demand and it’s influence and impact on the operating model.
• Keep up to date on emerging technologies, products, services, methods and techniques relevant to your business stream.
• Contribute to development of solution and business architecture.
• Manage and work closely with suppliers to meet KPI’s.
