    • Redpath have been exclusively mandated by a Global Asset Manager to source a Principal for the Real Estate Product Development Team in Hong Kong. This person will be responsible for business development, project management, and the creation of all investor communications for Asia funds.

    Responsibilites will include :

  • Lead strategic planning and execution for new product launches, including preparation of investor presentation materials, and management of due diligence processes.
  • Develop talking points, prepare tailored presentations, and oversee the execution of investor-related strategic projects in coordination with senior stakeholders.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of the firm’s Asia real estate funds and serve as the go-to internal resource for product-specific insights and positioning.
  • Collaborate across investment, marketing, and operations teams to produce high-quality materials that clearly communicate strategy, performance, and portfolio themes
  • Own the production and consistency of investor communications, including responses to LP queries and the delivery of materials such as reporting, webinars, and investor letters.

    • Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • Ideally 12+ years of professional experience.
  • Prior work experience in investor relations and / or real estate private equity is preferred. Private Equity experienced will be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
