This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)
You will be responsible for :
processing payment requests and preparing journal vouchers in a timely and efficient manner;
assisting in month-end closing tasks and preparing monthly management reports and financial schedules;
providing various income and expense analyses, including key performance indicators;
providing support to the finance team in its operations;
assisting in preparing the annual Business Plan and Corporate Plan as well as financial forecast;
assisting in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related matters, and
handling other administrative work, including copying, filing and document management.
You should :
possess a recognised university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent and preferably in the course of pursuing a professional accounting qualification;
have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in financial or management accounting work, preferably in a major performing arts and cultural organization;
have good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility;
have excellent skills in using financial / accounting applications and computerised accounting systems (preferably Oracle), and
be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
