Job Description
This position is both strategic and tactical, being part of the leadership team and driving a global marketing function. The incumbent will be responsible for defining customer segmentation and needs through insights and analysis. He or she will lead the development and implementation of global integrated marketing strategies and plans to connect key messages across all touchpoints and regions.
Reporting into the CEO he or she will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative multi-channel, multi-segment marketing strategies based on industry-leading insight that increase brand awareness, relevancy, and generate bottom-line impact. He or she will adopt a data-driven approach to drive marketing planning, brand storytelling, go-to market strategies, and re-designing of customer journey to address customer needs and create desire
This role will also be responsible in building marketing organization capability and upskilling the teams by leading recruitment, coaching, training and personal development. Through monitoring customer leads and data across their digital touch points, this position will drive digital acquisition, lead conversion, and ultimately business growth.
