About The Client
Our client is a multinational corporation with its APAC headquarters in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Talent Management Consultant to join as part of their Talent & Leadership Development team, targeting candidates with 8-12+ years of talent programme management experience gained from a mix of consulting and in-house environment.
About The Role

Requirements
To qualify, you will have a relevant set of professional skills and knowledge that could come from a range of backgrounds - including HR, Psychology or Business Administration. With previous experience of successfully managing programmes and delivering projects, you'll have excellent communication skills (both English and Chinese) and the ability to bulid and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Evidence of relevant transferrable skills developed working within a diverse and complex organisation, and / or talent management projects experience working for professional / consulting firms are advantageous. Competitive package offered to candidates with the right skill sets and mindset.
