12兆瓦(MW) IT容量的數據中心，並大量採用「機電裝備合成法 (MiMEP)」。受雇的駐地盤屋宇裝備工程師需要合資格及具經驗，負責工程監管包括協調︑策劃︑監督及?報等工作。具數據中心︑教學機構︑大學或機電裝備合成法工作經驗的申請人將獲優先考慮：

Applicants are invited for the following post for the project of “High Performance Computational Faciality in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology” in Clear Water Bay Peninsula, New Territories. This facility is essentially a data centre with 12MW of IT load and substantial application of MiMEP. We are inviting qualified and experienced Resident Building Services Engineer for site supervision of the Works including coordination and planning, supervising, monitoring and reporting of works on site. Experience with data centre, institution, university and / or MiMEP will be an advantage : -

Resident Building Services Engineer (Ref. JD_23068RBSE)

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Building Services Engineer shall be as follows :

MHKIE or equivalent, i.e. Corporate member of a professional institution recognized for corporate membership in the status of registered professional engineer (RPE) of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Discipline, or equivalent.

Relevant experience in building services engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.

• 2級或以上成績或同等學歷。

Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2

E級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲二等成績。]

Note

20個月，暫定由2025年7月開始，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 20 months commencing from July 2025 with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
