Responsibilities

  • Marketing &munications : Review and approve marketing content to ensure it aligns with internal policies and regional regulations.
  • Regulatory Support : Prepare and manage filings and documentation required by local regulators.
  • Risk & Controls : Conduct assessments related to anti-money laundering and financial crime, and support internal teams with guidance and updates.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with regional and global teams onpliance initiatives and projects.
  • Language Skills : Ability to read and write in both traditional and simplified Chinese is required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in apliance role within financial services, preferably asset management.
  • Strong understanding of APAC regulatory environments.
  • Experience with AML / CFT frameworks and regulatory filings.
  • Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both traditional and simplified Chinese (written and reading).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
