SENIOR ARCHITECT - Luxury Retail

Hong Kong Architecture Full time

This unique opportunity is with a bustling Hong Kong-based studio who is recruiting for an experienced Architect to join them. With a portfolio of luxury / high-end clients within the retail industry, they ideally want a client-facing Architect experienced in coordination and project execution.

Working with luxury brands, this role would suit a qualified Architect, with around 5 years of post-qualification experience, and ideally someone who is already working and living in Hong Kong. It would also be an advantage to have a good understanding of local building codes and practices in China, as well as the ability to lead a small team.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• ARB / RIBA / HKIA / AIA Registered or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lead a team
• Client-facing, presentable, with a keen eye for detail
• Coordination experience, with strong technical ability
• Fluency in English & Mandarin, Cantonese a plus
