About the company

In response to the increasing emphasis on digital services, the company is committed to allocating additional resources to enhance the quality of the online digital experience through its current hiring initiatives.

About the role

As a contract Junior Digital Analyst, you will play a vital role in coordinating the digital services process. This includes overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and communicating with various stakeholders involved in multiple digital projects.

Responsibilities

Support the UAT activities for digital projects.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather requirements.
Understand the digital platforms and provide feedback.
Launch updated features for our digital platforms.
Provide training to users on enhancements to digital features.
Assist with various ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome

Experience in finance or digital projects is a plus.

A strong desire to learn more about digital projects and the financial industry is essential.

Proficient in both spoken Cantonese and written English.

Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
