Our client is a popular securities firm and now looking for potential incumbent to join their team.
Lead a small team to effective the system development function for assigned projects
Identify the development gaps through collecting users requirement and perform feasibility study and make valuable recommendation and resolutions to fit for operational needs
Act as a project lead to ensure the development projects are executed as expectation as well as to allocate and utilize resources effectively for achieving the best output
Participate the UAT and deployment processes and evaluate the deliverables against target
Work closely with other IT teams to implement IT projects
Participate regular meeting with top management for projects / functional status
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree holder in IT or related discipline
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and helpdesk support function in which at least 3 years at a supervisory level
Excellent leadership skill and able to be a good team player
