Business Analyst - Investment Bank

Join a dynamic, operations-focused change team supporting the Private Wealth Management (PWM) business across Asia and Australia. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in banking operations and project delivery to join our Operations Change team.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and execute strategic and tactical projects supporting PWM Operations

Conduct detailed business analysis and deliver innovative, scalable solutions

Lead working groups, track project progress, and manage stakeholder communication

Collaborate with Technology, Business, and Control partners to implement enhancements

Ensure documentation is audit-ready, with full traceability across the project lifecycle

What Were Looking For :

Proven experience in banking operations with solid project and business analysis skills

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently while influencing across teams and senior stakeholders

Knowledge of wealth management products and operations is a strong advantage

Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
