Senior Transport Officer

The Job

• Liaise with freight forwarders for the processing of shipping documentation and customs formalities.
• Administrate vehicle fleet movement, including vehicle registration, fuel cards, Autotoll / HKeToll, vehicle cleaning services, Company parking spaces, and other vehicle-related services.
• Deal with relevant government departments to apply import / export licenses for strategic commodities, and / or restricted area permits for vehicles.
• Participate in the sourcing of international / local freight services, vehicle leasing / maintenance / repair services, and associated services.
• Assist in vehicle accident investigation and / or cargo damage claims.
• Maintain office documents and database for shipments and / or vehicle fleet movement.

To succeed in this role

Associate Degree or Degree preferably with minimum 2 years related experience in international freight service or vehicle fleet administration.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Proficient in MS Office and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is preferred.

Fresh Graduates or candidates with less qualification or experience will be considered as Senior Transport Officers.
