Who we're looking for
WeLab is looking for a Manager, Partnership to join our WeLab Bank team!
What you will be doing
- Responsible for the end-to-end partnership management cycle that covers partner onboarding, terms negotiation and co-creating solution
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing business partners, and develop strategic alliances with key industry players
- Formulate and implement strategic branding and customer engagement plans to achieve business objectives
- Develop go-to-market plans, identify objectives, develop strategies and action plans to achieve them
- Utilize knowledge to review, analyze, and develop beyond existing solutions to enhance existing solution or resolve issues
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made and comply with compliance standard
- Assist in day-to-day product management for core products, including product delivery, client experience, and client communications as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
- Drive innovation including working with external partners / alliances to maintain / improve product status
- Conduct iterative research on market trends, innovative products, competition landscape and customer voice

What is required and what we’re looking for
- Degree with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 6-8 years’ relevant experience with proven track record of project manager, product management, business development and customer relationship
- Solid experience in partnership & corporate management
- Tech-savvy with good understanding of digital marketing, credit, acquisitions and product development
- Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and persuasion
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work with different teams within the organisation
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
