As part of the Club’s Membership, Strategic Marketing and Branding Division, the Membership CRM & Intelligence Department plays an essential role in providing quality decision analytics to achieve customer experience excellence for all HKJC Members and their families.
The Job
- Prepare and evaluate marketing campaigns performance result for the Management
- Conduct behavioural analyses on Members’ transactional data and reference to market / industry data for like-for-like comparative reviews
- Conduct business impact analysis and data modelling to facilitate business decision making on Membership policy reviews in terms of sizing, utilization and revenue impact
- Advocate best data practices, tools and platform, and support management in driving implementation
- Support new CRM system projects in terms of analytic data mart maintenance and marketing campaign modules requirements
- Orchestrate analyses, including statistical modelling and internal data analyses, that help the business monitor the business environment, industry trends, competitive landscape, product / channel performances and shift in member behaviours at portfolio level
About You
A university degree with a minimum of ten years’ project management experience, ideally with in-house market research and / or data analysis management experienceStrong interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both spoken and written English and ChineseStrong organizational skills and project management capability, including all aspects of process development and executionKnowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is definitely an advantageProficient in MS Office applicationsPositive thinking, interest in learning and a strong teamwork attitudeTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
