- Perform concierge / lobby guest relations duties including baggage and transportation arrangement;
- Greet VIP guests ;
- Assist the Langham Club, Business Centre and Guest Services areas whenever necessary;
- Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
- Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets;
- Offer professional traveling tips and insights to hotel guests
Requirement .
Minimum 1 years working experience in hotel industry.Diploma or above.Independent & confident to work under pressure.Good interpersonal skills.Good team player with excellent communication skills ; &Additional language would be an advantage.Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
