Job Summary

  • Outsourcing Activities Management : The BPO Manager performs and manages all outsourcing activities associated with assigned categories, including the development of sourcing strategy, competitive bidding, benchmarking, negotiation, and contracting
  • Client Relationship Management : Developing and maintaining relationships with client personnel to understand business operations, procedures, and functions
  • Improvement Assessments : Providing assessments to improve client internal controls, accounting and cost procedures, and financial statements
  • Performance Monitoring : Monitoring and assessing the performance of outsourcing partners against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deficiencies

Job Requirements

  • Over 5 years in regional indirect procurement and experience in handling business outsourcing activities
  • Strong at negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to perform and manage all outsourcing activities associated with assigned categories, including the development of sourcing strategy, competitive bidding, benchmarking, negotiation, and contracting
