We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Manager who will report to the General Manager – Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Create and develop full spectrum of client engagement activities to ensure smooth implementation with measurable KPIs.
How you will contribute :
Client Communication and Strategy
- Collaborate with HQ to create one to one communication based upon customer lifecycle, product launch and local festivities
- Propose and implement new client strategy to improve client recruitment, engagement, retention and reactivation
- Execute and localize global clienteling initiatives, provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Maximize engagement opportunities with personalized treatment and gifting to create a memorable experience
- Strategic partnership with shopping malls for client acquisition
Client Insight and Clienteling Performance Management
Strategic customer analysis to understand buying behavior, identify key moment in customer lifecycle and provide actionable insights to drive business performanceTransform business objectives into client programs. Monitor and measure the effectivenessMonitor and track clienteling KPIsCompile and communicate to management and retail team for all top line summary results on clienteling effortsIn-Store Clienteling Event Management
Plan and execute in-store clienteling events including guest invitation, RSVP management and animationManage relevant event budget and ROIProvide regular market information to Headquarter on notable client eventsTraining and Support
Facilitate the implementation of all clienteling programs and client engagement system at store levelConduct effective and holistic training for engaging the store team on specific client programsCommunicate clienteling performance on a regular basis and provide initiatives for improvementProvide constant feedback with Headquarter and local MIS team on clienteling tools troubleshooting and enhancementWho you are :
University graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, PR or related disciplinesMinimum 6 years of client engagement experience from luxury industry is highly preferredStrong sense in client engagement, customer service and marketingStrong analytical skill and sensitive to numbers with experience in using analytical softwareGood command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and MandarinGood interpersonal and communication skillsCandidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Client Engagement ManagerWhy work with us?
