Job Description

Main Responsibilities :

Client Relations Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and communications.
  • Specifically cover the SSA franchise in the region, from the onboarding process to the actual deals realization.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Follow-up with clients on sales inquiries, transactions, and feedback.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on strategic adjustments.
  • Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline of business opportunities.

Sales Support

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all sales materials and resources are readily available for the team.
  • Treasury-Specific Tasks

  • Understand and communicate information about treasury products
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with targeted customers / business lines
  • Business Coordination

  • Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork related to financial transactions and client accounts.
  • Manage the distribution of internal and external communications for the sales team.
  • Other Duties

  • Perform additional tasks as required by the team or management to contribute to team efforts and departmental success.
  • Required Skills :

  • Min 5 years of experience preferably customer knowledge CB SSA public org to cover the whole APAC area, no cross borders issues with SSA
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, Business development, or a similar role within a financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of treasury services and products, including cash management, FX swaps, and repo transactions
  • Deep understanding of the collateral landscape, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English, with additional language skills being advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
