Your Responsibilities

  • In-depth understanding of network architectural concepts and create design artefacts
  • Network diagrams and documentation) for engineering peers.
  • Provide expert advice for the strategic evolution of the Cloud networking and Data Center networking.
  • Drive overall Network standards, engineering specifications and configurations for enterprise and cloud communication and connectivity.
  • Lead the change management and project implementation for Cloud network and DC network.
  • Full ownership of outsourced network MSP, including responsibility for SLA meeting, design, and implementation governance, security control, and operational escalations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Strong Technical skills and good understanding of Public Cloud (AWS)
  • Experience in Banking industry and strong understanding of Transactional Banking connectivity to 3rd Parties such as SWIFT, HKICL, TransUnion, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in virtualization networking configuration, network security, network project implementation.
  • Experience in Automation and delivering Infrastructure as Code. (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Experience with designing and implementing DDoS and WAF solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Secure Connectivity concepts Firewalls, Segmentation, B2B flows etc
  • Strong knowledge in Network and Security technology
  • Excellent communication skills oral, written and presentation; technical reporting writing across diverse types of target audiences.
  • Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organizations goal.
  • Exudes confidence and will roll-up his / her sleeves to drive success
  • Agile mindset and working practice knowledge.

  • Design and implementation experience in integrating the automation capabilities across traditional and software defined Network / Security products
  • Good technical leadership and sound problem analysis and resolution abilities.
  • Holder of professional certifications would be an advantage. (CCIE, CCNA, AWS Certified Advanced Networking)
