What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver projects that exceed their expectations
- Conduct regular site inspections, developing managing project budgets.
- Creating detailed schedules and overseeing resource allocation to ensure optimal execution.
- Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, establishing clear objectives, milestones, and timelines
- Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with the stakeholder and ensuring alignment with client's requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
- Involves the systematic and strategic management of the tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids and negotiating contracts.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.
- Manage and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and trades people.
What we're looking for
Degree in a relevant field, such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or ArchitectureMinimum 6 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex projectsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plansIn-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirementsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detailStrong leadership, effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in the Hong Kong context.Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools (Cads, Sketch-up, V-Ray) etc.What we offer
