About Our Client
Our client is a renowned FMCG group with a strong presence in the Greater Bay Area. The group has successfully marketed and distributed its services through various channels. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Sales to lead the Sales teams for specific channels and provide effective leadership in driving sales initiatives.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team (25+ field sales and channel sales), providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and emerging trends to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall brand strategy.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making and resource allocation.
- Oversee the sales forecasting, budgeting, and pricing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales guidelines, and relevant regulations.oordinate closely with various internal departments and external clients on service orders, materials delivery and production progress etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales management, preferably within the FMCG industry.Strong leadership skills and experience in leading and motivating sales teams.In-depth knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, trends, and sales techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze sales data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
