Senior Accountant - South East Asia markets

职位描述Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent Over 7 years of working experience including audit and retail / FMCG industry background preferred MNC working experience is preferred Experience in supporting multiple countries in South East Asia region Good interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); good verbal and written communication skill
Responsibilities
- Oversee South East Asia markets accounting service provider to ensure month end closing and reporting are performed on a timely manner
- Ensure all transactions processed are valid activities with sufficient documentation and procedural compliance
- Maintain books and records in compliance with company policies and local accounting standards
- Understand and monitor compliance with internal control procedures and policies. Identify and escalate exceptions from policies
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in partnership with Corporate and other functions
- Preparation of corporate reporting requests
- Participation in Statutory Audits
- Liaising with third-party tax advisors
- Other Ad hoc tasks
