Key responsibilities

  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize market share, and achieve marketing goals.
  • Assist in new product launch projects.
  • Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) both locally and internationally to promote the oncology portfolio, and to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Attend relevant conferences and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve continuous growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Science or any life science related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales / business development experience within Hong Kong, market, specifically in oncology pharmaceutical area
  • Good local KOLs connections required
  • Experience in engaging with overseas KOLs is an advantage
  • Quick learner, objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate and a good team-player
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
