Key responsibilities
Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize market share, and achieve marketing goals.
Assist in new product launch projects.
Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) both locally and internationally to promote the oncology portfolio, and to build and maintain strong relationships
Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
Attend relevant conferences and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Identify potential business opportunities to achieve continuous growth.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Role requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Science or any life science related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales / business development experience within Hong Kong, market, specifically in oncology pharmaceutical area
Good local KOLs connections required
Experience in engaging with overseas KOLs is an advantage
Quick learner, objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate and a good team-player
Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients
Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
