Responsibilities
Support day-to-day talent acquisition and onboarding activities of the Bank
Organize recruitment campaigns and contract signing sessions regularly
Coordinate interviews, selection activities and contract signing sessions for the teams
ply strictly with the internal policies and regulatory requirements
Handle administrative tasks and prepare reports, contracts and relevant documents
Requirements :
Degree holder or above
Experience in sizablepany in Administration and Human Resources aspects will be preferred
Good organizational skills, highly flexible and a fast learner
Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and strict timeline
Goodmand of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Immediate available will be an advantage
