Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day talent acquisition and onboarding activities of the Bank
  • Organize recruitment campaigns and contract signing sessions regularly
  • Coordinate interviews, selection activities and contract signing sessions for the teams
  • ply strictly with the internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Handle administrative tasks and prepare reports, contracts and relevant documents

Requirements :

  • Degree holder or above
  • Experience in sizablepany in Administration and Human Resources aspects will be preferred
  • Good organizational skills, highly flexible and a fast learner
  • Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timeline
  • Goodmand of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
