Senior Technical Service Officer
Your role :
- Carry out field installation / maintenance services at customer’s premises
- Provide installation / maintenance for Voice, Data, Broadband, Green Mini Bus and Smart Parking Meter services at customer’s premises
- Follow procedures as documented in the Quality Management System
- Ensure the service meets customer’s requirement and / or Company standard
- Handle complaints and queries arise from both internal and external customers
- Liaise with other internal working parties to solve any problems during service provision
- Manage and supervise a team of field staff
- Prepare analysis and compile daily & monthly statistical reports
- Take up projects or assignments as required
To succeed in this role :
- Diploma Holder in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or DSE / HKCEE with relevant experience
- Possess related training / qualification (e.g. Green Card)
- Knowledge in telecommunication services is preferred
- Customer-focused, independent with good problem-solving skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as the Technical Officer role
