The Job
You will :
- To provide coordination and administrative support to Relationship Management team and Owners / TRC Engagement teams
- To support coordination and management of event invitation and guest registration for Engagement activation on raceday and non-raceday
- To handle customer enquiries and work with related counterparts to provide solutions and follow up with Owners and IRC members
- To provide administrative support on preparation of presentation materials and policies / guidelines
- To handle cross-team coordination work within the Owners and IRC Engagement teams and other cross-departmental stakeholders
About You
You should have :
Tertiary education or Degree holder in Administration or CommunicationsMinimum 5 years relevant working experience. Previous working experience in consultancy, agencies, hospitality industry or marketing / PR capacity will be an advantageHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsDetail-minded, good organization and excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize tasksFluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin language skills would be an advantageTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
