Our global Operations team make it possible for us to offer worldwide shipping to more than 180 countries, including same-day delivery to New York, London, Milan and Hong Kong, while providing a seamless shopping experience across mobile, tablet and desktop, with easy returns.

We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and re available 24 / 7, 365 days a year.

Operations are now seeking a talented Premier Advisor to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are :

Location :  Tsing Yi Office

Department Size : 9

Reporting into :  Premier Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :

Utilize software to plan drivers’ routing and ensure maximum cost-efficiency

Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the agreed service levels

Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems that could potentially delay the fulfilment of deliveries

Facilitate customers’ delivery and return arrangements

Handle customer enquiries, complaints and follow up on orders via email and telephone, in a professional manner in line with our brand image

Assist drivers on the run with instant support

Cooperate within the Premier team and with other teams to tackle challenging situations

Collaborate with external courier service when necessary

Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by manager

The type of person we are looking for :

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines

Proficient computer and analytical skills

Candidates with customer service experience will be an advantage

Fresh graduate will be also considered
