职位描述Degree in property-related studies with more than 5 years’ experience in property management and at least 3 years’ in supervisory level Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is preferred EAA License holder is an advantage Confident and presentable Outgoing with initiative, able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

What you’ll do
- Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security
- Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
- Administer and coordinate all property management functions
- Maintain excellent rapport with residents
- Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
