Our purpose is to bring safety, quality and sustainability to life.

The Job

  • Provide administrative support to internal and external users of Intertek systems
  • Support client portal setup and administration
  • Support user inquiries and system problem logs, prepare and manage the system change requests
  • Assist in data preparation, data housekeeping and data extraction
  • Prepare training material, support user training and demonstration
  • Work with IT and business development and the clients in determining the best fit solution to client

The Person

  • Good analytic, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good Customer-focused problem solver, with customer service background will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, and eager to learn
  • One year or above working experience will be an advantage
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related disciplines will be an advantage
