What will you do?
- Assist in providing quality property management services in a landmark shopping mall
- Manage good relationship with tenants, communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
- Assist in execute promotional strategies, advertising activities and programs for shopping mall
- Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
- Attend regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
- Work closely with agencies, tenants and business partners in promoting the shopping mall
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Do you have a right profile?
Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplinesAt least 4 years of relevant experiencesPresentable, independent, with excellent communication skills is definitely an assetFluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferredCandidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property OfficerWhat do we offer?
