In this position, you will :
- Assist the department head in planning, coordinating, and executing security initiatives to ensure robust protection of organizational assets.
- Develop and enforce data security policies, including encryption, access control, and secure data handling practices across all organizational systems.
- Lead the development, operation, and maintenance of security tools, including firewalls, DLP, EDR, NDR, SIEM, etc.
- Ensure tools are optimized for performance and aligned with organizational security policies.
- Conduct regular assessments and updates to address emerging threats.
- Manage OS and VM level configurations to ensure security, stability, and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across all infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OS and VM environments.
- Act as a key point of contact for security incidents and breaches.
- Support investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplinesMinimum 8 years' experience in IT industries with at least 5 years in security related roleIn-depth experience in information security management framework such as ISO 27001Recognized certificate holder (CISSP, CISA, CISM) an added advantageKnowledge of Information Security best practices, such as Secure SDLC is an advantageSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExcellent problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant ManagerWhen you work :
