Responsibilities

• Oversee all non-investment related operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the organization.
• Manage the finance and fund accounting functions on both entity and fund level, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and analysis, periodic reporting to investors, and calculations of capital allocation and contributions.
• Manage all activities related to fund operations, including NAV creation, financial reporting,pliance with regulatory requirements, and coordination with external vendors such as banks and auditors.
• Assist in investor relations matters, ensuring transparentmunication with investors and handling ad hoc investor inquiries, as well as participating in future fundraising activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other key stakeholders to support organizational goals.
