Responsible for assisting the account owner to explore opportunities on Regional / Global Key Account. Participate in the process of RFI, RFQ, proposals and presentations.
Responsible for assisting the BD team leader to do the commercial data research and analysis on some particular market, verticals, companies or social topics, to identify the business opportunities underneath and share with the selected parties / customers for the market update.
Assist the Key account managers to ensure the comprehensive SOP’s enabling flawless execution of the sold value proposition, and ensuring contracts / agreements are vetted and authorized by signatories.
Accountable for assisting the team leader in team management via Account’s P&L and shipment data collection, report and data validation and set-up the individual KPI performance valuation tool for the team through the guidance and support from the team leader.
Requirements
Degree holder in Logistics Management or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably in International Freight Forwarding industry
Able to engage and empathize with less senior influencers and users
Ability to understand how supply chain solutions may be leveraged to deliver strategic intent across all functions of a client’s business
Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and influencing skills
Strong knowledge of Logistics process and solution design outlines
Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning a sizeable portfolio of new logo key customers, through combined personal and collaborative selling efforts.
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
