What is the opportunity?

As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing quality administrative support for the businesses in Hong Kong, maintain high-quality standard of services and continue to seek for efficient & effective process to handle all the administration related duties.

What will you do?

  • To provide the full spectrum of administrative support for the office, including equipment maintenance, payment requisition, filing etc.
  • Provide support to daily sensitive client letters handling
  • Support in physical access control as per policy, maintaining card inventory and generating reports
  • Maintain the team database such as seating plans, maintenance records
  • Arrange annual activity for business on physical record retention, inventory updates and disposal of records
  • Support in logistics of company internal events e.g. town hall, CNY
  • Backup receptionist and support hand-delivery job during team member's absence
  • Ad hoc assignments as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • At least 3 years’ solid experience of comprehensive office administration and hospitality experience is preferred
  • Proficiency of MS office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • High standard of professionalism in all dealings with internal staff, external partners
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Mature personality with self-discipline, proactive and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good team player
  • Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Ccure Security Applications or related security systems
