  • Liaise with the Operations team to maintain the daily operation activities in good productivities with high quality
  • Ensure the guidelines and operation manual are reviewed and updated timely
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the processes, identifying areas for improvement for continuous service improvements and efficiency gains
  • Evaluate audit findings and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions
  • Collaborating with the team member to establish controls and mitigation strategies
  • Perform risk assessment and evaluation the risk that could affect the operation in order to minimize their future risk
  • Monitoring vendor performance and conducting vendor evaluations
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
  • Support incident activities, including incident identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Your Profile

    • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
    • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in insurance sector
    • Strong negotiation, management, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be a fast learner
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a positive mindset
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft office applications
    • Relevant working experience or knowledge would be considered an advance
    • Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Business Operations Analysis
