- Take responsibility for key HR activities including and not limited to Business Partnering, Employee relations, talent acquisition and wellbeing initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvements and propose plans and solutions with a vision to strengthen the HR support to the group.
- Plan annual social and well-being initiatives and activities for the group.
- Be proactive in building healthy employee relations and enhancing workplace experience.
- Support other adhoc HR related matters and initiatives for the betterment of the business and workplace experience.
Role requirements
A relevant degree from a reputed University with at least 10 years working experience, 3 of which should be in a generalist or business partner capacity.A self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive and a good understanding of the Hong Kong HR landscape and labour laws.A proven track record in working with senior stakeholders in the business is essential, with capacity to multitask.Must have a passion for building Employee relations, social events, and wellbeing programs.Fluent Cantonese and English language skills essential.
