Responsibilities

• Assist in organising fundraising events and campaigns for Lingnan University with passion and creativity to support new donor search, donor retention and young donor cultivation
• Provide evaluation of fundraising activities to effectively engage with new / current donors
• Prepare internal and external communications to engage our alumni, new / current donors for relationship building and stewardship
• Compile and manage donor data
• Provide relevant analysis from the systems for stakeholders’ information
• Assist in institutional advancement activities and / or alumni relations programs with a fundraising aim
• Perform research, generate reports and handle operational matters
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
