Who you'll be working for
My client is a well-established conglomerate and is now hiring a property management professional to oversee their retail assets. This person will work closely with the senior management, and multiple stakeholder to ensure a smooth operation and implement value-added strategies to the portfolio to enhance the asset performance.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 10+ years or above working experience in property management
- Experience in the retail management industry Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License Holder is a must
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
