职位描述Assist in organizing and executing company-wide events, such as conferences, customer events, town halls, and volunteer initiatives. Create marketing collaterals that align with brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency. Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, intranet, newsletters, and social media. Monitor media coverage and contribute to crisis management and post-event evaluation. Collaborate with charitable organizations on corporate social responsibility campaigns. Contribute to ad-hoc projects and daily administrative tasks within the department. University student from Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Language, or a related field, either in Hong Kong or overseas Passionate, responsible, and a strong team player. Proficient in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of design software, such as Photoshop or Illustrator, is an advantage. Flexible schedule with a contract duration of one year (two full days per week).
