Responsibility
- Business operation management - Responsible for business operation strategy formulation, operational process improvement, daily operation tasks, cost control, etc.
- Handle daily accounting operations, financial & management reporting; running of month-end settlement and revenue booking.
- Customer service support - Help formulate and optimize service standards, monitor service quality, analyze and resolve customer compliant issue, provide customer service training.
- Supervise the daily warehouse operations of dispatching, receiving, sorting and inventory control.
- Monitor logistics process, ensure timely and accurate orders fulfillment to achieve KPIs of the warehouse.
- Vendor management - Provide post-sale support such as customer service and settlement support.
- Other business operation tasks.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business / Marketing / Management or relative majorMinimum 7 years of working experience in business operationExperience in Enterprise system operation (ERP / CRM, etc.), Vendor management, Customer service system managementExcellent troubleshooting skillPassion to make a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented with good business acumenGood team player and work independently with excellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in MS Office and word processingExcellent command of spoken and written Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, good command of both spoken and written English
