职位描述Take lead of a key workstream under the cloud migration program, ensuring successful delivery of the workstream within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality parameters. Work closely with senior management, business users, and vendors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of requirements and deliverables across the program. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that vendors deliver high-quality services and solutions that meet the program's requirements. Identify and manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies, including security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Keep up-to-date with the latest cloud and on-premise / legacy system technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for the organization to improve its infrastructure. Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT project management or business analysis roles, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, business users, and vendors. Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Insurance industry domain knowledge is a plus. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, with experience working with Azure Cloud being a plus. Knowledge of on-premise / legacy systems is a nice-to-have. Strong vendor management skills, with experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
