Responsibilities

Perform concierge / lobby guest relations duties including baggage and transportation arrangement;
Greet VIP guests ;
Assist the Langham Club, Business Centre and Guest Services areas whenever necessary;
Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets;
Offer professional traveling tips and insights to hotel guests

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years working experience in hotel industry.

Diploma or above.

Independent & confident to work under pressure.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good team player with excellent communication skills ; &

Additional language would be an advantage.

Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
