职位描述Diploma / Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines; Self-motivated, outgoing, willing to take responsibility and act with integrity; Sensitive to figure with good analytical skills; Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese; Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Responsibilities :
- Handle the marketing and leasing matters of commercial premises in Hong Kong / Overseas;
- Conduct market researches, feasibility studies, rental assessments and data analysis;
- Liaise with real estate agents, prospective and current tenants for new lettings and lease renewals;
- Coordinate with property management and other related duties for commercial premises;
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials.
