Responsibilities

• Management Support - Work closely with manager and management team to assist and support of all administration aspects of the business across regions, including the joint ventures where appropriate. Providing administrative support in preparation for a range of key internal and external interactions, including meetings, agendas, minutes, papers andernance, invoice payment, relevant claims, procurements, business travel arrangements, client meetings arrangements, arrange office stationery and other supplies. Perform secretarial duties such as handling telephone calls / visitors; drafting of emails and correspondences; receiving, distributing and tracking iing / outgoing correspondences.
• Business Support – Work closely with the respective strategy teams to support investors onboarding and relatedpliance matters, investors’ questionnaires, new fund launches, etc. Maintain high-standard of filing system, drafting and arranging OA approval, notary and apostille documents
• Regulatory andpliance – Assisting the manager and work closely with other stakeholders as well as other group functions in certain regulatory andpliance approval work-flow. Maintaining directorship registers, monitoring of membership and licensing record for annual renewal and following up training reminder when applicable.
• Project Management - Involved in day-to-day project management and execution responsibility for special projects and projects regarding operational efficiency enhancements.
• Stakeholder Management – Work closely with internal teams like Group Tax, FATCA-CRS, Financial Crime, Finance,pliance, Risk, Admin, HR, Audit on group-wide initiatives and projects.
• Internal Management Reporting - Assist in the preparation of management reports, documents for Head quarter approval, board resolutions, quarterly and annual reports in other languages, as well as other periodic and ad hoc group reporting where required.
