A Well-Established Foreign Corporate Bank is looking for a Manager (Checker role) to join their Credit Administration & Operations Team.

Your new role

• Implement the credit administration process while ensuring proper security controls andprehensive facility documentation for corporate andmercial banking, bilateral and syndication loans
• Facilitate credit documentation, facility implementation, and drawdowns by coordinating closely with business teams, Operations, Group Legal, and Group Credit Administration
• Collect, track, and manage Conditions Precedent, Conditions Subsequent, and all relevant facility documents; coordinate with business teams or Agent Banks as necessary
• Ensurepliance with operational procedures and internal controls
• Monitor credit facility usage, policy adherence, and scheduled procedure reviews
• Maintain systematic filing systems for both physical and electronic records
• Support operational risk management, including credit and client data and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
• Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with relevant departments and units
• Ensure activities meet the standards set in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance efficiency and turnaround time
