As a R&D Manager, you will ...
- Lead the Food Safety management program to implement, document and monitor the system
- Manage total product quality testing and inspection plans, for internal testing and external laboratory testing
- Lead colleagues to investigate and determine root cause for Quality and Food Safety related deviations / rejections and non-conformities
- Conduct relevant training and education on quality and food safety topics
- Perform market research and analysis with the objectives of identifying product opportunities
- Assist in conceptualising product ideas, design and develop new product / product range and ensure the efficient and profitable management of product development process
- Manage the product development process for new lines and the improvement process for existing products
- Provide technical supports on processes to ensure the final products are safe and meet the required quality
