Analyst / Associate, Corporate Finance

职位描述Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis. Solid corporate finance experience in the execution of IPOs and M&A transactions would be preferred. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software. Strong written and verbalmunication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other investments.
- Support the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze market trends and industry data to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
- To liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and work coordination
